E-Cig News and Legislation • Re: The FDA "Deeming" Regulation

While i THANK YOU for providing this link…………..

Unfortunately I wasted some time in actually reading the various postings.

The FDA seems to have all of the old (and very inaccurate studies) in a death grip and can’t let go of them.

One thing in particular that got to me was a statement that some zero nic <a href="http://www.vapininthecape.com/eliquid_c_7.html”>liquid actually contained nic.

Possible but not likely.

Nic cost money. If you are making E-<a href="http://www.vapininthecape.com/eliquid_c_7.html”>juice I would guess you would prefer from a cost basis not to include nic and not to provide it free of charge.

For once I wish these clowns (mental images of bad makeup, red noses (and possibly bloodshot eyes from whatever the heck they are smoking) and big floppy shoes would take the time (which we as taxpayers are paying for) to read and consider the newest (and peer reviewed and signed off on) studies that clearly prove that e-cigs and Vaping are much, much and again MUCH better for you than smoking!

I will be the first to admit that vaping is not as good for you as breathing good clean air!

And even that is getting hard to come by in some states.

Hell, in China they are wearing breathing mask in the streets!

Lobotomy anyone? <img src="http://thecapecoralvapestore.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cache/857ef90ecc_icon-evil.gif” alt=”” title=”Evil or Very Mad” />

E-Cig News and Legislation • Re: The FDA "Deeming" Regulation

We regularly receive voluntary reports1 of adverse events involving e-cigarettes from consumers, health professionals and concerned members of the public. The adverse events described in these reports include hospitalization for illnesses such as
pneumonia,
congestive heart failure,
disorientation,
seizure,
hypotension, and
other health problems.
Whether e-cigarettes caused these reported adverse events is unknown. Some of the adverse events could be related to a pre-existing medical condition or to other causes that were not reported to FDA. You can review the adverse event reports for e-cigarettes4 that were voluntarily reported to FDA from 6/22/2009 to 10/5/13 at the CTP FOIA Electronic Reading Room.

E-Cig News and Legislation • The FDA "Deeming" Regulation

As most of us are aware, the mental midgets/Gestapo that run the FDA have us vapers in their gunsights and want to regulate is as a Tobacco product.

I have not heard any updates on this so I decided to do a search and take a look.

http://www.fda.gov/newsevents/publichea … 172906.htm

So far, according to the FDA this is what vaping "may" cause…………….

pneumonia,
congestive heart failure,
disorientation,
seizure,
hypotension, and
other health problems.

Seems to me that they have left out "Root Rot" and the "Black Plague"

And a bad case of the "Trotts".

Forget about cleaner lungs, whiter teeth and better health in general.

Nuff said, you now have the link to in the immortal words of Frank Zappa (Let Me Straighten You Out"!)

Not that our comments will ever be read unless we include cashiers checks with lots of Zero’s <img src="http://thecapecoralvapestore.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-o-matic/cache/7c49b8a975_icon-twisted.gif” alt=”” title=”Twisted Evil” />

Idea I need help on

I have an idea of making a huge e <a href="http://www.vapininthecape.com/eliquid_c_7.html”>juice vaporizer out of a cheap 400 watt fog machine for 35 bucks. the only thing I can figure out is what the pg to vg ration should be. I don’t want the thing getting clogged but I still want nice thick clouds. what would you guys suggest?
